Collaborated with on-site and U.S.-based team to ensure the quality and success of Faculty and Custom-Led (FAC), Summer Abroad, and High School Study Abroad (HSSA) programs.

Designed, coordinated, and managed five multi-week FAC Programs for U.S. higher education institutions and the HSSA Global Entrepreneurship program. Responsibilities included: defining learning outcomes, itinerary development, management of site visits and cultural immersions, organisation and delivery of pre-departure and on-site program orientations, budget oversight, and on-site facilitation.​

Liaised with local businesses, organisations, and guest lecturers to establish and maintain positive working relationships and secure program site visits.

Served as the first point health and safety contact for on-site participants; provided 24/7 support to students and faculty and secured appropriate medical and professional services as needed.

Stationed at University College Dublin (UCD) - Dublin, Ireland

Supported the academic, social, and civic development of 130 first-year study abroad students in their transition from high school to college, and from home country to host country.

Co-instructed two sections of "The Global Experience," a one-credit weekly course at UCD specific to students in The N.U.in Program, with lessons centered on global citizenship, community engagement, and critical thinking.

Served in 24/7 emergency on-call capacity for students. Oversaw student safety and provided support to students in distress through wellness checks and referrals to on- and off-campus services, as needed.

Managed 130 students' service-learning experience; collaborated with UCD in the Community to oversee students' experience at 17 local organizations.

Planned and led four community programs per month, ranging from large-scale outings to cultural sites in Ireland, to local events in Dublin, and on-campus gatherings. Defined program learning outcomes and collaborated with local vendors to ensure experience was as desired.

Created a local resource guide for students that included contact information for: emergency clinics, medical practitioners, family planning services, mental health services, sexual assault resources, LGBTQ+ community resources, and multicultural community resources in the area.
